For the first two songs, we tracked the drums and bass at Glenn Brown Productions
in Lansing, MI. The entire band played along to help create the live-band energy and
feel, but our focus was getting the rhythm section to lock together. It did. We recorded
it all to 2" tape for warmth and depth (sometimes digital can sound a little harsh), then
dumped it into Pro-Tools. It was a super fun and exhausting day.
